TWIGS

I have been ordering from Twigs since my kids were in high school. Now some 15 years later, I’m living in Texas and still ordering through Twigs for local deliveries. They always do such a beautiful job!!

I love supporting local businesses and twigs has beautiful arrangements, BUT I was a little disappointed with the delivery experience. I tried to send flowers to my aunt, whose address shows beaumont even though she lives near Fannett. I received a call saying they don’t deliver to that area because they don’t know their ways around there. I completely understand delivery zones, BUT from a customer service point of view, it would’ve been really helpful if they could have made that delivery, especially since it’s still considered the Beaumont area on maps and GPS. Not a bad experience, just hoping they might consider expanding or being a bit more flexible, because sometimes those small exceptions really makes someone’s day.

absolutely stunning arrangement and good customer service. I have had bad experiences ordering from big flower chains and knew I had to go local and thank god I did! if you need a flower arrangement, look no further and support your local florist! thank you for keeping it full and beautiful!
